The Molinari Quartet is happy to announce that its two most recent CDs are in nomination for an Opus Prize. The chamber music CD of works by Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki, which comprises the quartets, the string trio and the quartet with clarinet (André Moisan) is finalist for the Opus Prize of Album of the year – Modern,contemporary music. Also, the CD of the chamber music of Ludovico Einaudi, in which the Quartet performs the world premiere recording of « Corale » is also in nomination for an Opus Prize in that same category.
