The Molinari Quartet is very proud of its 23rd Opus Prize. Its recording of Krzysztof Penderecki’s chamber music, comprising his 3 quartets, Der Unterbrochene Gedank, his String Trio and Clarinet Quartet (with André Moisan) has won the Opus prize of Album of the Year –Modern, contemporary music. The award is given by the Quebec Music Council in recognition of excellence in live concerts and Cds.
