DESCRIPTION:Entitled Dances\, the December 1st concert presents works that are full of vitality and movement. Composer Franghiz Ali-Zadeh says that dance is very present in her native Azerbaidjan and marks all the important events of life\, should they be happy or sad. Reqs\, which means dance\, evokes the rhythms and inflections of Azerbaijani dances. Dance motives and rhythmical impulses are very present in Béla Bartók’s music and his 4th Quartet is a good example of his force full music. With its multiple inspirations and origins\, the Quartet in G by Claude Debussy is a unique work that reaches beyond any frontiers. \n  \nFranghiz Ali-Zadeh : Reqs (Danse) \nClaude Debussy : Quartet in G \nBéla Bartók : Quartet no 4 \n  \nTickets are 12\,50 $\, 24\,50 $ and 29\,50 $.
